Founded in 2021 by Alex Kornetskyy, Wersal Property was created with one clear purpose: to offer a more personal, transparent and client-focused approach to real estate. Backed by over 15 years of industry experience, we combine local expertise with an international perspective.

Based in Salou, we specialise in carefully selected apartments, luxury villas, new developments and investment opportunities across the Costa Dorada, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante and the Costa del Sol.
